Enthusiastic eligible players  along with their parents attended the briefing at the  Gulf Consult New Head office building .The eligibility criteria, tournament format, schedule, rules, travel plan and selection procedure (in which fitness and commitment will be the most priority) along with venue of the practice and the availability of the players was the agenda. All the players interested in appearing in trial are requested to report Mr. Asad Baig at the newly constructed nets facilities in Jaleeb Al Shayoukh Garden on Thursday the 13th April 2006 at 12.00 noon. All the players are requested to bring their own cricket playing gear ie
Helmet, Abdominal guard, Cricket bat, Batting pads and Gloves etc.
For the first time this tournament will be held on a two day matches system which will be a new experience for the country like Kuwait especially for the participating young lads that’s why they have to work hard to develop their physical and mental toughness. Participating countries are Nepal, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia in group A and Afghanistan, U.A.E., Kuwait and Bahrain in group B. It will be a two tired league where the Number one and two will play for the cup  final and third and fourth will contest for plate Final. It is worth mentioning that in our last outing in UAE in April 2005 Kuwait U-15 team performed admirably to qualify into the semi final phase where they competed against the  senior nations. We are hoping to repeat the success and do even better this time. The squad is planning to depart on 23rd of May 2006
